- Synopsis
- Sandor comes only as a stranger to the village, and on the marketplace mocks in a satirical song the pork breeder Zsupan! Actually, he is right, because the fat Zsupan is not chosen in the village, he has took over the big possession of the von Barinkay after he was forced to escape. The whole village laughs about Sandor rhymes, only the silly Zsupan holds the song for a seriously meant honor. His pretty companion, however, understands the text and moved to Sandor and slaps him. Later Sandor encounters to the large Gypsy community in the village, where was once established by kind-hearted Barinkay. The leader of the gypsy, the old, wise Czipra guards the inheritance of his father, for the missing son of the old Barinkay. She also recognized Sandor really is the son of Barinkay for whom people are waiting so long. But what will he do?
