Synopsis: Set in the fantasy kingdom of Valendia, the player controls Queen Gradriel De Valendia, whose desire to help the people herself leads her on a quest to prevent the resurrection of the demon lord Lalva. Although it was a commercial failure, it served as the basis for the future work of its creator, George Kamitani, who would go on to found the Vanillaware studio and develop its spiritual successor, "Odin Sphere".
