- Synopsis
- "Sorrento Beach" is set in a small Victorian seaside town near Melbourne at the home of the Moynihans. It concerns the long-brewing rivalries and jealousies among three sisters: Hilary, a widow who lives in Sorrento with her father and teenage son; Meg, a successful London novelist; and Pippa, the youngest, who lives in New York. The sisters gather at home after their father accidentally drowns during his daily swim. Meg's recent nasty autobiographical book about the family compels Hilary and Pippa to tell Meg exactly what they've felt about her all these years...
