Synopsis

Christmas is once again approaching, and members of the Rodriguez family gather at the parents' family residence in Chicago. This year they celebrate the return of Jesse, the youngest brother, from the war. Jesse is once again interested in his old girlfriend, although she still doesn't forgive him for leaving. Roxanna, the older sister, is still striving to become an actress, but after years of trying to achieve her dreams, she has accomplished very little. And Anna, the mother, is disenchanted that her eldest son has arrived accompanied by a very executive wife who is more interested in creating capital than raising children. It will be a busy week of sharing secrets and making important decisions that will leave a mark on their lives. It is Anna who sets the whole chain of situations in motion when she announces that she is going to divorce Eduardo.....
