- Synopsis
- A chronicle of Russia’s winter protests, a chronicle of those who make the political climate and those who are dissatisfied with the makers: We see people, their faces, their conversations, rallies, victories and defeats, ahead of the presidential election. A living camera interacts with living heroes, in a story that is funny in places, and yet contains an overall sadness... For the past 7 years, Marina Razbezhkina has headed the School of Documentary Film and Documentary Theater, which she founded together with playwright Mikhail Ugarov. This is a unique educational project that arouses a lot of interest from film schools in Europe and the USA. Films made by School graduates participate regularly at International and Russian Film Festivals and often win awards.
