- Synopsis
- A writer, struggling with crippling writer's block, takes an unpublished manuscript from her recently deceased mentor and former professor and passes it off as her own. To her surprise, the crime novel is published and becomes a huge success, but her deed comes back to haunt her when an intrepid police detective begins to see a link between a series of unsolved crimes in the area and those depicted in the book.
