Synopsis

Okinu, daughter of the owner of a hosiery business, is in love with Yukidon the young manager of the shop. However, whenever the two meet, they fight. When the landlord asks Okinu's father if he can adopt the young man as a husband for his own daughter, Okinu's father agrees. Okinu is devastated when she finds out.
