- Synopsis
- In the North of Mexico there is the Valley of Okochochi. It is the land of the Raramuri, an indigenous community who is fighting to keep their language, culture, beliefs and traditions alive. Evaristo and Luis Antonio are brothers, two children belonging to that community. The family learns one day that one of their relatives is ill and needs some medicine. This relative lives at the other side of the valley and it will be the children who get on a horse and set off. The horse is their grandfather's most valuable possession; they take their eyes off him for a second and it is gone, so they will have to try and get it back by all means possible.
