Synopsis
History documentary and video on the White Star Liner ships: Deep beneath the Aegean Sea lies the rusting hulk of a giant ocean liner, but this is no ordinary wreck. When the Britannic sank in 1916 within a year of launch it seemed the fulfillment of a curse, because her sister was the Titanic and she too had sank just four years earlier with the loss of 1,500 lives. Even the first of the White Star Lines super lines - the Olympic - had suffered a series of accidents. Yet all these three ships had been designed to be unsinkable.

The thought that the vessel is unsinkable came to haunt the White Star Line and certainly Harland and Wolff the builders. So were these losses just a tragic coincidence or was there some fundamental flaw that doomed the Titanic and the Britannic? Could the answer still lie in the tangled and treacherous wreckage of the SS Britannic?
