Synopsis: Mickey Foils the Phantom Blot is an animated short originally aired as part of the fifteenth episode of Mickey Mouse Works, and later featured in the House of Mouse episode "House of Crime". It notably marks the first animated appearance of Chief O'Hara from the Mickey Mouse newspaper comic strip, and also the Phantom Blot's second appearance in animation (the first being the DuckTales episode "All Ducks on Deck").
