Synopsis: The high concept story is about an ominous presence that stalks the children of a small town by emitting a mysterious noise called The Sound that attracts younger people, presumably to their doom. While further details are being kept under wraps, the film is described as a cross between IT and A Nightmare On Elm Street, and will be a lower-budget horror flick in the vein of Mama and Lights Out.
