Synopsis: The story of a girl living in Toshima Ward who discovers the history and charm of Toshima Ward due to a certain event is expressed using the animation technique ``rotoscope'' based on live-action. Animation artist Haruko Kuno was in charge of the animation, and live-action was handled by film director Atsuhiro Yamashita. Filming was carried out in various locations in Toshima Ward, capturing the various charms seen through the girl's perspective, and the animation editing vividly depicts the girl's ``heart-throbbing, heart-pounding'' adventures.
