- Synopsis
- In this Black comedy the hectic pace of modern life contrasts the serenity of autumn lanscape. Superimposed against the calmness of Nature, a sky overcast with grey clouds bodes the inescapable lot of the human condition. The leaves are falling and eventually it starts snowing amidst a thunderstorm. In counterpoint to this setting the
characters are subjected to seemingly normal and innocent incidents, which quickly develop into ridiculously impossible situations. Influenced in part by the aesthetic of Akira Kurosawa, the film centers on the human existence in an unfathomable universe
