- Synopsis
- Without ever knowing how or when, Vera lost her bearings: she ran aground. That is why she leaves her husband and takes on a job that will get her out of Madrid for a while. She is to write the footnotes of a photography book covering the work of an argentine photographer killed during the Spanish Civil War. She senses the cancer before she sees the photograph of the dead woman with a gaping hole on her breast, and a ghost-like lover emerges from a letter of the past, which Vera read as if it was addressed to her.
