Synopsis: Joana, a thirteen-year-old orphan girl who lives and works as a nanny in a house in the mountains, far from the city. As a result of the heavy housework, the abuses of the bosses and the insistent crying of the baby she takes care of, Joana lives the anguish of not being able to sleep. In the waking stage, she lives the madness of being haunted by her own memories. To the limit, where in the midst of her frequent hallucinations the girl believes she has discovered who her enemy would be. Adaptation of a short story by Anton Chekhov.
