- Summer 2024. Blanca, Rosa and Carmen are three middle-aged friends who, after a long time without seeing each other, meet up with Alicia, Rosa's young and taciturn niece, to go rabbit hunting in a hunting reserve that Blanca inherited from her uncle José. Amidst laughter they share the complicated moments they are going through in their lives. The relationship with their children, separations, infidelities, menopause, problems with alcohol, important professional projects... The heat, unbearable, suffocating, and the conversations about topics from the past are getting louder and louder until they end up confronting the women. Impossible not to remember that almost 60 years ago, another hunting day, in that same farm, ended in tragedy... A modern revision of Carlos Saura's "La caza" (1966).
