- Synopsis
- Academy Award® winning Director Joan Gratz’s most recent short film, Kubla Khan, is an animated interpretation of a poem written by Samuel Taylor Coleridge in 1797. His "vision in a dream" was composed under the influence of opium. The claypainted film was animated by Gratz in a drug-free state, but the poems meaning still remains obscure.
