- A grotesque about life in Soviet kolkhoz during mid-eighties of twentieth century when, striving for high achievements in socialistic work race, people either forget to or does not want to take care either of their own backyard or persons around. Society is plagued by misery of alcoholism, using service materials for personal gains, settling personal matters during work hours and so on. Young Komsomol secretary Vitolds can not accept it, so he - and children inspired by him - take up eradicating negations, however, good deeds must be done with good measure otherwise one can easily fall in the other ditch...
