Ariela, a traditional Jew, meets Ivan, a young man who is not Jewish with whom she begins a secret relationship despite her family beliefs. This new experience allows Ariela to explore the world that was outside her community bubble. Ariela is discovered and threatened. Maintaining her relationship would mean leaving her life as a Jew and losing forever contact with her family and friends.
