Mohamed-the-hapless is a dreadful tailor. Worse, he argues vehemently in broken Spanish with his customers. By turns funny and sad, the film makes no obvious statement on the life of “outsiders” within an adopted country, but records the action with empathetic patience. (FILMAFFINITY)
