Con el título de esta review no pretendo ser ofensivo, tenía muchas ganas de ver esta película y valoro profundamente el arte que hay detrás de ella. Es una película con una animación revolucionaria y un sentido del humor brutal. Opino que la primera parte es una joya y que fue totalmente merecido el Óscar a mejor película de animación. Realmente, hay poco que pueda decir aquí sin spoilers, pero me limitaré a decir que las calificaciones que esta película está recibiendo son demasiado altas. ¿Lo mejor? La animación, el arte, las texturas, el color, el humor y Spider-punk se roba el show en el segundo acto. ¿Lo peor? Quiere abarcar mucho, tarda mucho en arrancar y cuando acaba tienes la sensación de no haber visto algo completo (Lo explico mejor abajo).

La película quiere abarcar mucho y cuenta poco:
-Gwen Stacy es admitida en la sociedad de los Spiderman de Miguel O'Hara
-Spiderman pelea contra la mancha, que empieza siendo un pringado pero que pasa a ser Ultron de What if.
-Miles Morales es Spiderman y se da cuenta de que es un desastre y llega tarde, desaparece y no sabe que decir a sus papás.
-Aparece Gwen Stacy, se ve un rato con Miles. Se va Gwen, Miles la sigue y aparecen en el universo de Spiderman Hindú. Miles salva a uno que no tenía que salvar
-Van al universo de la sociedad secreta. Se pegan mucho tiempo allí. Miguel le dice a Miles que la cagó y que tiene que dejar a su padre morir porque esa pérdida hará que sea Spidey. También le dice, pasándose cinco pueblos, que es una anomalía y que la araña que le picó no era de su universo. El no lo acepta y se larga esquivando a todos los Spideys.
-Consigue escapar pero llega a un universo que no es el de él, sino dónde debió haber estado la araña y al no haber sido picado, Miles es el merodeador y su tío Aarón su secuaz. Y el papá de Miles Muerto.
-Gwen va a buscarlo junto con los nuevos de esta peli Spider Hindú, Spiderpunk y los de la película anterior.
Y cuando parece que la película ha arrancado CONTINUARÁ.
En definitiva, ninguna trama se cierra. Puedes ofrecer una continuación, siempre y cuando hayas ofrecido una película completa. Infinity War es una película que sabes que continuará, pero es completa. Y también lo es el Padrino, el Retornó del Jedi. No se puede hacer una película con vistas a ofrecer una secuela, eso es algo que funciona con las series, con pelis me parece feo.
BONUS TRACK: Después de No Way Home, la gente espera ver a Andrew y a Tobey en todas partes y a juzgar por el último trailer, parecía esa la intención. Pero el fan service se queda corto y solo parece que metieran imágenes recicladas de Maguire y Garfield para picarse con el UCM. He de decir que me ilusionó cuando la mancha viaja al universo de Venom y te deja con la fantasía de que pueden pasar cosas muy locas, pero lo único que obtenemos fresco es un cameo de Donald Glover que ( ya sabíamos que era el tío Aaron en el UCM) como una anomalía en el canon. De resto, falla y es una película muy al estilo Sony, cuando parece que va a ofrecer algo grande, acaba. Cómo con Venom y ASM-2
