- Robson tells the remarkable story of Flying Scotsman, the most famous steam engine in the world. He spends a year with the team rebuilding the engine, gets involved in its reconstruction and follows its progress from the workshop to the railway line. Meanwhile Robson hits the road to learn more about its history, how steam changed the world and reveals the astonishing story of its rebirth.
