Ted Evans is released from prison after serving a sentence for killing a family in a DUI. Just before his release, he receives a threat that his own family will be killed in retaliation. He exiles himself in order to protect them, however, his wife Sara tracks him down, believing the threat was a figment of Ted's imagination, and she uses extreme measures to bring him home.
