Ian Richards is a drifter. Down on his luck, he wanders into Canton Bluff. He is also in town to put an end to the man who destroyed his family, and the man who put a curse on him that causes him to become a Werewolf with every full moon. The man is R.B. Harker, who runs a carnival of freaks. When the Carnival comes to Canton Bluff, Ian is there one step ahead of them.
