Bikini Beach

Get ready for one of the wackiest installments in the zany "Beach Party" series! There's a new menace to the kids' fun in the form of one Harvey Huntington Honeywagon (Keenan Wynn), a rich newspaperman who wants to turn Bikini Beach into a senior citizens' retirement community. And, to do so, he starts a nasty smear campaign against the surf-crazy teens. Meanwhile, Dee Dee (Annette Funicello) has fallen for the charms of the drag-racing British popstar, The Potato Bug (Frankie Avalon). When a jealous Frankie (Avalon, in a dual role) challenges Potato Bug to a race, Dee Dee is furious. Things go wildly awry when the villainous Eric Von Zipper (Harvey Lembeck) sabotages Frankie's "rail" before the big race in order to prove Honeywagon's theory that the teenagers are out of control! There's surf music, crazy antics, hip-shakin' beach dancing and action aplenty in "Bikini Beach"...where it's always summer vacation! Also starring Don Rickles, and featuring Stevie Wonder and Donna Loren.
