Synopsis

In 1808, after sacking Cordoba, a detachment of Napoleon's army commanded by Colonel Tenardier heads towards Andujar to join General Dupont. Together they will face the troops of General Castaños. Meanwhile, in all the towns of Spain guerrilla groups are being formed to attack the invading troops by surprise. In Montoro (Cordoba), the former mayoral José Manuel (Manolo Escobar) and his neighbors will try to distract the French with all kinds of tricks to thwart their mission. (FILMAFFINITY)
