Synopsis

An ace police hostage negotiator is framed for murder and the only way he can see to buy himself enough time to prove his innocence is to take some hostages of his own. Spacey is a fellow top-notch hostage negotiator whose job it is to take out his friend and colleage until Jackson manages to convince him that he's playing for the wrong team.
