Synopsis

In a forgotten village in Yucatan, Lena, a lonely 68-year-old widow, crosses paths with Leon, a 62-year-old Mayan Indian guardian of the secrets of nature and spirits. In Leon, Lena finds an unexpected companion. Despite their differences and their seemingly opposite worlds, a deep connection is established between them. A philosophical tale about old age, its silent transformations and the bond of love essential to all human life.
