- Synopsis
- London, 1826. Frannie Langton, a black woman torn from her roots in Jamaica and sold as a slave to the marriage formed by famous scientist George Benham and her beautiful wife, Madame Marguerite, faces a trial for murder. She doesn't remember anything that night, but she is convinced that she hasn't been the culprit. Because she was in love with Mrs. Benham.
