Synopsis / Plot: Titel Pangica is a doctor and mafia boss. He wants to be memorialized forever and plans to build a museum in Romania. Well connected as he is, he seems to have no problem achieving whatever he wants--until one of his friends, a secret service agent from Brussels, is ordered to clean up Romania and arrest corrupt business people. Will his friendship save him?
