Synopsis

After being caught by a "paparazzi" in the company of his mistress Elena (Taglioni), a famous top model, the multimillionaire Pierre Levasseur (Auteil), to avoid a complex divorce, invents an implausible lie. He takes advantage of the presence in the photo of a passerby, François Pignon (Gad Elmaleh), to assure his wife (Kristin Scott Thomas) that Elena was not with him, but with Pignon. To prove that what he says is true, he sends Elena to live with Pignon, who is nothing more than a humble valet. At Pignon's house, Elena is like a bird of paradise in a public housing.
