- An old lioness and her two daughters are the key to the future of all the lions of the desert. Two years ago they gave birth to a total of five male puppies and now it is time for these five musketeers to start an independent life. If they manage to reach adulthood, there will be hope for the lions of the desert, whose population is greatly diminished. For the first time in this harsh and extreme place, we will observe, for a long period of time, the secret lives of authentic desert lions that inhabit the old Namib desert, around the Costa Squeletos National Park. We will share intimate moments with some lions that came to be considered extinct and we will tell a story that will inspire a fascinating but also dramatic journey through a desert of contrasts.
