Synopsis
Founded in 1930 in central France, the Troisgros family restaurant has held 3 Michelin stars for 55 years over four generations. Michel Troisgros, third generation at the helm of the restaurant, has handed over responsibility for the kitchen to his son César, fourth generation chef at Les Troisgros. From the market to pick fresh vegetables, to a cheese processing plant, a vineyard, an organic cattle ranch and the garden that supplies the restaurant, we will follow the processes followed by one of the most prestigious culinary institutions in the world.
