- The Age of Crack, which brought high crime and the mass incarceration of (primarily) black men in the United States during the 1980's was the result of American political decisions dating back to the Bay of Pigs. This is the true story of "Operation Condor" the U.S. Government's secret policy in Latin America to support right wing dictators to benefit U.S. Corporations under the guise of fighting Communism.
