Synopsis

It deals with the building of a secret, noiseless plane that foreign agents want to get their hands on. The inventor wants to sell the plans to other countries, but they can only get the plans if the plane tests out
a failure. On the first flight, the sabotaged plane crashes and the pilot is killed. His superior, Holt, takes the blame in a scheme that gets him court-martialed to gain the confidence of the foreign agents. They fall for it and Holt rounds them up.
