- Bryan Brown, king of Laconia, plays Parker, an Australian businessman based out of London, practising his French with a German whore. He's having a great time, until he gets kidnapped, held for eleven days, then released, all apparently appropo nothing. Bryan Brown of course, is having none of this and sets out to find out what happened.
