Synopsis

Henry was abused by his stepfather, abandoned by his church, failed by his school, and mocked and betrayed by his friends. He is a bomb waiting to explode. A mysterious drifter appears in his life and Henry is given the power to take a life or spare a life, but he "must never give a life." Suddenly the city is hit with a wave of bizarre murders. Henry shows no mercy or pity. All those who mocked him pay dearly
