Now, the entertainer at the young age of 26, is again making history as the first Regional Mexican act to star in his own concert film, titled COMO UN SUEÑO (Like a Dream). The Latino answer to Johnny Cash, Ortiz has exploded onto the music scene with his catchy songs of love, edgy corridos and living an adventurous life on the road and stage, telling stories through music with rich, riveting and captivating lyrics. The film, shot in the U.S. and Mexico, includes an unforgettable action sequence along with live performances spanning all his hits and candid interviews. Como Un Sueño is a celebration of music, culture and is colorfully illustrated through visionary director Jessy Terrero, who caught rare moments with Ortiz, and also includes the first ever on-camera interview with DEL Records founder Jose Angel Del Villar.
