Lonely people who want to stop being lonely have come to the agency to request their services, and so we observe all the vicissitudes that they can live in order to achieve their goal: to find love. Loves and dislikes, doubts, triumphs and sentimental disappointments? All told in first person through interviews and testimonies to camera, through different appointments where the encounters and misunderstandings between the various clients of the agency are staged.
