- Synopsis
- Former Spanish Football Federation president Luis Rubiales was found guilty of sexually assaulting player Jenni Hermoso for kissing her without her consent after the 2023 Women's World Cup final. Rubiales told the court that he was "absolutely certain" that Spanish soccer player Jenni Hermoso gave her consent before he kissed her in Australia, but the Spanish Supreme Court ordered him to pay a fine of 10,800 euros. Hermoso has stated that she received death threats that led her to move her family to Mexico, where she now plays. After refusing to resign, Rubiales was suspended and eventually sanctioned by UEFA and FIFA. This documentary tells the whole story from beginning to end.
