- Synopsis
- Joan devoted her life to her daughter Joy, to her husband Joe, a gym teacher and her colleague, and especially to her job, teaching at a blind school. The she gets a macula-degeneration, which normally occurs slowly with seniors but is mysteriously accelerated, making her colorblind almost overnight and completely blind as a bat in days. After a very slow and difficult transition, she returns to work, where being blind like the kids has its merits too.
