Synopsis

Kang-hie attempts to escape from prison with Cheon-ja but fails. This results in her being transferred to a new facility. Looking for an escuse to kill his rebellious charges, the warden offers Kang-hie the chance to escape--planning to shoot her as she leaves, but Kang-hie refuses the offer. He then attempts to drown her but fails. A desperate Kang-hie makes contact with someone on the outside who seems genuinely interested in helping her.
