Synopsis

Tracy is a standard newspaper reporter who gets in over his head when he gets mixed up with a plot to overthrow a mythical government. He is sent to Paris to follow an archduke and runs into a princess disguised as an American. Of course, he saves the day and ends up with the princess in his arms.
