Synopsis

Helga, the lass of the title, is hired to work on Per Månsson's farm. Månsson seduces Helga and makes her pregnant only to have her leave with the whole responsibility.
Helga's parents insist that she bring the case to court and have Månsson acknowledged as the child's father.
