- Synopsis
- The true story of Detective Robert D. Keppel (Bruce Greenwood), one of the principals responsible for helping to catch serial killer Ted Bundy (Cary Elwes), who in late 1984 was convinced by Detective Dave Reichert to come onboard the case of Seattle's notorious Green River Killer. It was at that time that Keppel received an offer from Bundy, on death row in a Florida prison, to provide insight -- "from a serial killer's point of view" -- into his hunt for the Green River Killer.
