Synopsis
Ägir, the King of the Ocean, lives a pleasant underwater life. In WW1 he clearly sides with the Germans, as they very kindly "torpedo down" to him all sorts of British delicacies (most importantly, whisky). But one day the friendly old triton gets worried about some news in his Underwater Post, namely that the new edition of war bonds is meeting with not too much enthusiasm with the German people and that the country itself is close to collapse. Assuming that this is just another lie, Ägir sets out to go to Germany himself to form his own impression of the situation there. And soon, helped by the kind officers of the German fleet, His Marine Highness arrives in Berlin...
