- Synopsis
- Assassin's Creed: Embers is an upcoming animated short film project designed to expand the Assassin's Creed series. It was revealed by Ubisoft on 6 June 2011, and is set for release on 15 November 2011, alongside the Assassin's Creed: Revelations Animus, Collector, and Signature Editions. The short film is available in 15 languages, some dubbed others subtitled. Ezio Auditore da Firenze, now officially a senior citizen in Florence, ponders the fate of both himself and his family as his age is now working against him.
This short film was created and produced by Ubiworkshop, and was completely developed internally at Ubisoft Montreal. To create the film, Ubiworkshop worked with two other teams: Ubik, and a team from the Technology Group
PLOT: Embers is set more than a decade after Assassin's Creed: Revelations and follows an older Ezio Auditore with his family, now living in Florence. Ezio fears not only that he is running out of time, but that someone is trying to hunt him down. By this time, Ezio has a daughter named Flavia, and a son named Marcello.
