Synopsis

João Vuvu, widowed with no family, except for one son who is in prison, lives in a house of a substantial value in one of the old areas of Lisbon. Mr Vuvu, who is quite an unsociable man, day after day takes his bus journey, tirelessly following the same route. The house begins to urgently need the help of a cleaner. His son's release from prison and the deception of the father caused by his desire for regeneration triggers a series of sombre events that reveal the criminal nature of the protagonist.
