Synopsis: Located east of Paris, Vincennes Woods are from the XI century. They have been ever since a private area owned by the French kings until the moment it became a public park as a response to Boulogne Woods, west of Paris. Its 995 hectars are full of stories. Bois de Vicennes, Paris' biggest green area, is many things at the same time: paradise lost and joyfully found again "for everyone"; natural refuge fit for leisure, liberation, daydream and nostalgia for its "inhabitants"; magical collective pipe dream everyone lives their own way.
