Synopsis

Jordan (Halle Berry), a 911 emergency operator trying to forget her disturbing past is suddenly forced to confront it when she receives a call from Casey (Abigail Breslin), distressed teenager in serious danger. In order to rescue the girl, Jordan must confront the horrors of her past and come face to face with a deranged killer who is not yet ready to finish his violent game of cat and mouse with Jordan.
